Info@Hand - Pricing

The info@hand system is designed to be affordable to any business, from a home based business through to large organization, and the pricing reflects this. We offer the software in a number of formats, depending on whether you would like to operate the software you your own servers or use our instant hosting to run the system.

  • info@hand Licenses
    The info@hand system has the following pricing:
    • A once of license fee of AUD$320/user (minimum 2 users)
    • A support component AUD$80/user/year (compulsory for the first year, but optional thereafter)
    The license purchase for the system is is a once off cost and entitles the user to either host the system on their own server or use our CRM hosting service. The support component for the system entitles the user to all ongoing upgrades to the product and support** as long as the support contract is valid. The renewal of the support contract is optional after the first year.
  • How to Purchase info@hand
    To start the process, email or call us to ask for a quote. Your quote will show details for a variety of different payment options. To complete the purchase of the info@hand system, the Software License Agreement must be downloaded, completed, and faxed to us at 1300 85 90 36. Payment options include Wire Transfer or Credit Card - please call or email to arrange payment. When payment has been received you will receive a download link for your server installation Zip file, info@hand Mobile, the info@hand Customer Portal, and documentation for installing and using all of these parts of the solution.
  • info@hand Customer Portal & eStore Support
    Although the software and license for the info@hand Customer Portal & eStore are included free with every info@hand license, not all clients need to use this aspect of the system, and so support for it is priced separately. For On Premise deployment, the support fee is AUD$599 per server per annum.
  • info@hand Training
    We offer a range of training packages for info@hand, including:
    • 2 hour web-based training for up to 10 users starting at AUD$249
    • Half day training session (in person) for up to 10 users starting at AUD$599 (includes training manuals)
    • Full day training session (in person) for up to 10 users starting at AUD$1099 (includes training manuals)
    Our standard training packages include sales process training, customer support training and administration of the system.

    • ** The support component of the product entitles the user to email support only. Additional support and training packages are available for phone, web training and in person training packages.
